Welcome to Khaya Multimedia. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Use of services

Khaya Multimedia provides streaming, downloading, and live event services for heritage and cultural content. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute content outside the platform
• Use the services to upload or transmit unlawful content
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or payment systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content

3. Content

All content on Khaya Multimedia is owned by the respective creators and organizations. Your access to content is governed by the monetization model applicable to each title (free, purchase, or membership). Streaming and downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Memberships and payments

Membership subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. Ticket purchases for live events are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.

5. Live events

Live event tickets grant access to the specified event at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for technical issues on the user's end that prevent access. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten other users. You may not post comments that are hateful, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Khaya Multimedia name, logo, and platform design are property of Khaya Multimedia. All content retains the intellectual property rights of its respective owners.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to content. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
